Adventures of Mana, developed by MCF and released in 2016 for Android, iOS, and PlayStation Vita, is a remastered version of Final Fantasy Adventure — known as Mystic Quest in Europe — the role-playing title that launched the Mana series. Blending hack-and-slash combat with traditional RPG and adventure elements, the game retains the structure of the original Game Boy release while introducing substantially upgraded visuals, redesigned menus, and a rearranged soundtrack produced by the game's original composer. Players can also opt to listen to the classic Game Boy music across all platforms. The release serves as both an entry point for newcomers to the Mana series and a revisitation for longtime fans, preserving the foundational gameplay of the original while modernizing its presentation to suit contemporary mobile and handheld hardware.
