Aliens versus Predator 2: Primal Hunt is a 2002 first-person shooter developed by Third Law Interactive for PC, serving as a standalone expansion to Aliens versus Predator 2 that requires the base game to run. Set as a prequel, it depicts the events surrounding the destruction of Research Pod 5, establishing the backstory that leads into the main game.
