Arcana Heart 3: Love Max!!!!! is a 2D fighting game developed by Examu, released in 2014 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PC. The game features 23 playable angel characters, each of which can be paired with one of 23 selectable Arcanas — elemental entities that modify a fighter's abilities and open up varied strategic approaches. Combat draws on a layered system of mechanics, ranging from foundational techniques like Arcana Combo and Homing Action to advanced options such as Extend Force, Arcana Eclipse, and Arcana Blaze. Single-player content includes individual main stories and hotspring after-stories for every character, all fully voiced in Japanese, alongside additional non-voiced short stories.
