Developed by LUCKYHAMMERS Entertainment Inc. and released in 2021 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, Arkham Horror: Mother's Embrace is a turn-based RPG and adventure game rooted in H.P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu mythos, drawing inspiration from the Arkham Horror board game series. Set in 1926, the game follows an original story — written by Fantasy Flight Interactive's official writers — that begins with the suspicious death of an astronomy professor found in her mansion. Players assemble a team of up to 12 investigators, each carrying distinct skill sets, and progress through nine chapters across locations such as Miskatonic University, Arkham Asylum, and the Louisiana bayous. Investigation involves gathering clues and conducting interrogations, while combat draws on melee weapons, ranged firearms, items, and magic spells. A sanity mechanic runs throughout; exposure to Lovecraftian horrors inflicts traumas that carry tangible consequences for the investigation's outcome.

"In 1926, a team of investigators try to uncover the dark secrets of an eerie mansion. Finding weapons, tools, and information will be the only way to solve complex puzzles and fight living nightmares, insanity, and death. It will take more than just survival to conquer the evils terrorizing the town. Will the team make it out alive and solve the mystery?"
