Set in the Sternship region, the game follows aspiring sorcerers enrolled at the towering Astrune Academy, where players balance student life activities — visiting a school shop, courtyard, and magical vending machines — with academic assignments and character progression. Combat centers on Almacation, a transformation mechanic used to fight mystical creatures. Battles require elemental strategy, exploiting enemy weaknesses to gain advantages. The Soul Source Magic system unlocks character-specific abilities and allows players to summon Demon Friends for tactical support. Outside the academy, players venture into ruined regions of the world to investigate a mysterious event known as the Lost Phenomenon. Character growth is supported through level progression, item upgrades, and skill enhancement systems.
