Battle of Britain II: Wings of Victory is a 2005 flight simulator developed for PC that recreates the aerial conflict over Britain from July to September 1940. The game offers two distinct levels of engagement: at the strategic layer, players assume command of either the RAF or Luftwaffe as supreme air commander, managing resources across a full map-based campaign; at the tactical level, they can take direct control of individual aircraft, including the RAF Spitfire and the Luftwaffe Messerschmitt, among other historically relevant planes from the period. This dual approach allows the same conflict to be experienced from a broad operational perspective or from inside the cockpit, giving the simulation considerable range in how the Battle of Britain can be fought and interpreted.
