Beach Buggy Racing 2 is a kart-style racing game developed by Vector Unit, released in 2018 for Android, iOS, and PC. A sequel to the original Beach Buggy Racing, it builds on the console-style offroad formula with a substantially expanded content offering. Players compete in the Beach Buggy Racing League, racing across a variety of themed tracks that include Egyptian pyramids, castle environments populated by dragons, sunken pirate ships, and alien laboratories. Progression involves recruiting drivers, building out a garage of vehicles, and collecting a range of unconventional powerups that can be upgraded over time. The game introduces online multiplayer for the first time in the series, allowing players to enter competitions and tournaments against opponents worldwide. New game modes further distinguish it from its predecessor, which had previously attracted more than 90 million mobile players globally.
