Café Crush is a short choice-driven visual novel developed by Michael Emerson, released in 2019 for PC and Mac. The story follows a protagonist who takes a part-time job at Kitty Café, a small coffee shop and bakery staffed by three coworkers: Lily, an outgoing waitress; Josie, a reserved barista; and Emilia, a shy pastry chef. Across a week of shifts, players serve customers, complete mini-games including a memory match and hidden object challenges, and take quizzes while building relationships with each colleague. A Crush Points system tracks romantic progress with each character, and learning their preferences and purchasing the right gifts can lead to a date by the end of the week. The game features multiple story paths and is fully voiced throughout. It contains mild innuendo and adult humor, making it suitable for players 18 and older despite the absence of explicit content.
