Continuum is the second downloadable content pack for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, developed by Infinity Ward and released in 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The package expands the game's multiplayer offering with four new maps designed for competitive online play. It also includes Shaolin Shuffle, a cooperative Zombies mode set in the gritty, crime-ridden streets of New York City during the 1970s. The distinct period setting gives Shaolin Shuffle a notably different atmosphere from the base game's science-fiction tone, drawing on the aesthetic of that era. Continuum followed the game's first DLC pack as part of Infinite Warfare's ongoing post-launch content series, continuing to build out both the competitive multiplayer and cooperative sides of the first-person shooter.
