Coded Arms Contagion is a first-person shooter developed by Creat Studios and released for the PlayStation Portable in 2007 as the sequel to Coded Arms. The game presents 13 fixed levels — organized across three distinct areas: the Industrial Zone, Military Zone, and A.I.D.A. Core — along with a training stage and challenge missions that unlock after completing each level. Unlike its predecessor, the environments no longer use procedurally generated geometry, and the overall scale of the stages is considerably larger. Players collect upgrade points to improve their armor, health, and weapons, and can interact with the environment by hacking computer panels, doors, and turrets, a mechanic absent from the original. Full motion videos and a more developed storyline accompany the action. Ragdoll physics, a feature present in the first game, were removed in this installment.
