Crimson Sea 2 is an action-adventure game developed by Koei and released in 2004 for the PlayStation 2. Set two years after its predecessor, the game takes place in the Theophilus star system, which has come under assault from a hostile force known as the Menace. Players control Sho, a returning defender tasked with protecting the galaxy, who crosses paths with a new Vipa companion named Feanay. As Sho and Feanay fight through waves of enemies, the campaign gradually unravels the secrets behind her origins and the true nature of the threat facing the star system.
