Cyber Troopers Virtual-On: Oratorio Tangram is a 3D mech fighting game developed by Sega AM3, originally released in arcades in 1998 on Sega Model 3 hardware. A direct sequel to the original Cyber Troopers Virtual-On, it represents the first of three significant revisions to the Oratorio Tangram line, with this initial version, designated M.S.B.S. Ver. 5.2, believed to have been exclusive to Japan in its arcade form. Players pilot large mechanized units called Virtuaroids in fast-paced combat arenas, continuing the series' emphasis on agile, weapon-based mech dueling. The game was later made available on additional platforms including Dreamcast and Xbox 360, broadening its reach beyond the original arcade release. As a sequel, it builds on the mechanical foundation established by its predecessor while introducing updated content and revised gameplay systems.
