Deluded Mind is a horror adventure game developed by Pyxton Studios, released in 2018 for PC. Players take on the role of Dean Catrall, an FBI agent who has suffered the murder of his daughter at the hands of a criminal organization. While conducting an operation, Catrall is incapacitated and kidnapped, waking up inside Hillstone Asylum — a psychiatric institution — where he discovers he has been dosed with a powerful hallucinogen. A note from his captor reveals that his FBI partner, Robert Page, is also somewhere within the facility. As Catrall navigates the asylum's corridors, the drug's effects distort his perception, blurring the boundary between reality and hallucination. The game incorporates puzzle-solving with a consequence system in which prolonged or incorrect attempts intensify the hallucinogenic effects. Randomly generated events offer variation across playthroughs, while the narrative focuses on uncovering Catrall's past amid a deteriorating grip on reality.
