House of Wolves is the second major expansion for Bungie's shooter-RPG Destiny, released in 2015 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The expansion adds a new chapter to the game's story through additional missions set around the Reef, where players ally with the Awoken to pursue a Fallen uprising. Beyond the narrative content, it broadens the endgame with the Prison of Elders, a cooperative arena activity, and introduces a new elimination mode to the competitive Crucible multiplayer. Three new maps are included for competitive play, alongside a new cooperative Strike. Throughout all modes, players can earn an expanded selection of weapons, armor, and gear, extending character progression for those who have completed the base game's content.
