Eastside Hockey Manager is a hockey management simulation developed by Sega Games and released for PC in 2015, graduating from Steam Early Access to a full launch. Players take charge of a club or national team across more than 30 playable domestic leagues and cup competitions drawn from the world's top hockey nations. Core responsibilities include contract negotiations, scouting, drafting, trading, and assembling a full staff of coaches, scouts, and physios. Tactical control extends down to the individual player level, and managers can either delegate bench duties to a head coach or handle them directly. Matches are rendered through a top-down 2D engine featuring physics modelling, shot-blocking, and player AI, with both live viewing and highlight options available. Additional features include online multiplayer for up to 30 participants, Steam Workshop support for custom databases and graphics, and a player progression system that models natural development and aging.
