Eat Them! is an arcade hack-and-slash title developed by FluffyLogic for PlayStation 3, released in 2010. Players take the role of Dr. Wilder, a disgraced government scientist who builds and commands giant monsters to rampage through cel-shaded, comic-inspired city environments. Before each outing, players construct a custom creature in the Monster Lab, then unleash it on urban streets, consuming citizens to fuel weapons and abilities ranging from melee attacks to mortars and long-range lasers. Resistance escalates as the destruction mounts, moving from police and SWAT teams up through army and air force opposition. The game supports cooperative play for up to four players offline, and includes bonus missions, additional multiplayer modes, and global leaderboards for tracking high scores. The core loop centers on causing as much widespread destruction as possible before the city's defenders can put the creature down.
