Fury is a 2007 PC arena combat game developed by Auran Games, structured entirely around player-versus-player multiplayer with no player-versus-environment content. Matches take place across three war zone formats: Bloodbath, a free-for-all mode; Vortex, a team-based capture-the-flag variant; and Elimination, a best-of-three team knockout format. A fourth mode centered on large-scale fortress sieges was in development but never completed. Character progression is handled through a classless, freeform skill system in which players earn ranks, acquire equipment, and purchase abilities that can be assembled into custom builds. These configurations are saved as "incarnations," allowing players to switch between different ability and gear loadouts between matches. Because there are no fixed classes and no need for alternate characters, a single character can be rebuilt and reconfigured to explore entirely different playstyles through the incarnation system.
