Developed by Strange Scaffold and released in 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and iOS, I Am Your Beast is a first-person shooter blending tactical and arcade sensibilities into a short-form covert revenge thriller. Players control Alphonse Harding, a secret agent who spent six years in retirement before declining one too many "last job" requests from the Covert Operations Initiative. That refusal ignites a guerrilla conflict set across the North American wilderness, where Harding must outmaneuver and eliminate pursuing military forces using pistols, sniper rifles, bear traps, and commandeered enemy equipment, retreating through an underground tunnel network to evade encirclement. Levels are compact, replayable sandboxes designed around speed and optional side objectives. The game features a fully voiced campaign of more than 20 levels, a comic book-inspired visual style, kinetic typography cutscenes, and a soundtrack by composer RJ Lake.
