Developed by Baba Yaga Games and released in 2016, It's Spring Again is an educational puzzle game for children aged two and older, available on Linux, PC, Mac, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch. The game guides young players through the cycle of the four seasons, using hint-based interactive mechanics designed to build associational and logical thinking. Children follow prompts to trigger seasonal changes and, with parental involvement, help compose a short melody associated with each season. The project is adapted from a puppet theater production aimed at audiences aged two to five, in which performers illustrated the changing seasons for children; the game expands on that premise by letting children interact directly with the narrative rather than simply watch it unfold. Narration is provided by Ekaterina Efremova, a Russian actress and musician based in Murmansk with a background in puppet theater performance and collaborative musical work across multiple genres.
