Based on Joe Dever's long-running gamebook series, Joe Dever's Lone Wolf: HD Remastered is a role-playing adventure developed by Forge Reply srl, released in 2013 for PC, Mac, iOS, and Android. Players take the role of Lone Wolf across four connected acts, moving through locations including the frontier village of Rockstarn, the Sunken Forest, the Shianti Temple, and the fortress of V'taag. The narrative is an original story written by Dever himself, designed to fit within the established Magnamund continuity while offering new perspective on the world. Combat is turn-based and deterministic, relying on player choices and equipped Kai Disciplines rather than dice or random tables, and the Sommerswerd serves as a signature weapon capable of turning battles. Additional challenges include a lock-picking minigame and the Shianti Cube puzzle. The HD Remastered edition consolidates all four acts, adds improved lighting and high-resolution textures, and includes a gallery of pre-production artwork and 3D models.
