Judero is an action-adventure RPG developed by Jack King-Spooner, released in 2024 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Mac. Drawing on the folk history of the Scottish Borders, the game follows Judero, a Celt with an innate connection to the natural world, as he uncovers a malevolent force preying on the vulnerable. Combat is fast-paced, emphasizing strikes and dodges across varied enemy encounters and distinctive boss fights. A possession mechanic allows players to inhabit lesser creatures, expanding combat options and enabling puzzle solutions. The world is fleshed out through branching dialogue with aphoristic NPCs, optional storylines, collectibles, and scattered secrets.
