Based on the magical board game depicted in the 1995 film, it blends traditional board game mechanics with deck-building and real-time strategy elements. Up to four players work together online or alongside AI-controlled teammates, taking turns that risk unleashing jungle creatures, stampedes, and monsoons on the fictional town of Brantford. Defending multiple locations across the town is critical, as any site lost to the jungle is gone permanently — losing three means defeat. Players collect gems to improve abilities and earn gold coins during encounters to expand their card decks, gradually increasing their effectiveness as the game's difficulty escalates. Victory requires one player to reach the center of the board. A Season Pass adds a Winter Resort map with exclusive characters and additional content.
