Released in 2022 by Frontier Developments, Jurassic World Evolution 2: Dominion Malta Expansion is a simulator-strategy title available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The expansion adds a new campaign set in the Mediterranean, taking place before the events of the film Jurassic World: Dominion. Players lead an operation across three new locations in Malta, working alongside characters from the movie including Cabot Finch, Kayla Watts, Soyona Santos, Barry Sembène, and Lewis Dodgson. Rather than the standard Expeditions and Fossil Extractions mechanics, the campaign introduces the Dinosaur Exchange, through which players obtain new species, eggs, and genome data to populate and develop their parks. The expansion integrates its narrative and mechanical additions directly into the base game's management framework.
