Kill It With Fire is a first-person action-shooter developed by Casey Donnellan Games LLC and released in 2020, available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. Players take on the role of a licensed exterminator tasked with eliminating spiders across suburban environments, using arachnid-tracking technology to locate targets hidden among countless possible spots before dispatching them with an escalating arsenal of weapons — including firearms, explosives, throwing stars, and, naturally, fire. The game features eight distinct spider species and a physics-based fire simulation that encourages widespread environmental destruction as a byproduct of pest control. Beyond the main campaign, players can pursue dozens of optional objectives, uncover hidden upgrades, and test their skills in the Arachno-Gauntlet challenge mode. The tone throughout is deliberately absurd, framing suburban spider hunting as a chaotic, over-the-top operation where collateral damage is essentially the point.
