Kung-Fu for Kinect is a motion-controlled fighting and platformer game developed by Virtual Air Guitar Company, released in 2016 for Xbox One using the Kinect peripheral. Players physically perform punches, kicks, and leaping movements, which are translated into on-screen martial arts actions set within a comic-book visual style. The game's story mode spans 22 levels populated by comic-book villains, while a roster of special abilities — including lightning attacks and flaming arrows — expands the combat options beyond basic strikes. Beyond the main campaign, nine replayable challenge stages provide ongoing replay value, and a dedicated finishing-move mode lets players stage their own signature sequences. Designed to accommodate a wide range of ages and physical abilities, the game positions full-body physical activity as its central mechanic rather than a peripheral feature.
