Rise of the Phoenix is the second downloadable content pack for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, the 2019 hack-and-slash brawler developed by Team NINJA for Nintendo Switch. Released as part of the three-pack Expansion Pass, it adds four playable X-Men characters to the roster: Phoenix, Gambit, Iceman, and Cable. Alongside the new fighters, the pack introduces the Danger Room Mode, a new gameplay environment, and expands the existing Gauntlet content with additional missions. Players who purchased the Expansion Pass receive this pack as one of three included installments rather than as a standalone purchase.
