The fifth and final episode of Telltale Games' episodic point-and-click adventure series, released in 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, iOS, and Android, brings the story to its conclusion in the wake of a devastating sacrifice that has left the Guardians of the Galaxy splintered. With the team in disarray, the Kree fanatic Hala seizes the opportunity to resume her campaign of destruction, setting a course for Knowhere. The episode centers on Star-Lord's efforts to confront his own emotions, repair the fractured bonds within the group, and pull the Guardians together for one last stand against an overwhelming threat. As with earlier entries in the series, the gameplay revolves around dialogue choices and narrative decisions that carry forward consequences established across the preceding four episodes.
