MIB: Alien Crisis is a third-person rail shooter developed by FUN Labs and released in 2012 for PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360, based on the Men in Black franchise. Players take on the role of a new MIB recruit tasked with investigating and halting an alien conspiracy to acquire an ancient artifact capable of delivering control over the universe. Combat involves dodging and taking cover while engaging hostile aliens, many of whom use disguises that require MIB investigative techniques to expose. The game features an arsenal of series-familiar weapons, including the Noisy Cricket and the Deatomizer, with selectable firing modes such as a Freeze Ray and Anti-Gravity Grenade. Cinematic chase sequences punctuate the action. Multiplayer options include competitive split-screen for two players and hot-seat play for up to four. The Wii version supports the Top Shot Elite peripheral.
