NightSky is an ambient action-puzzle game developed by Nicalis and released in 2011 for PC, Mac, Linux, Nintendo 3DS, iOS, and Android. Nominated as an IGF Seamus McNally Finalist, the game centers on guiding a sphere through a series of atmospheric, hand-drawn worlds using a realistic 2D physics engine. Progress depends on reading each environment carefully and applying the right momentum and timing to navigate obstacles.
