Nintendo Labo: Toy-Con 02 – Robot Kit is a simulator and arcade title developed by Nintendo EPD Production Group No. 4, released in 2018 for Nintendo Switch. The kit centers on assembling a wearable robot suit from pre-cut, engineered cardboard sheets using step-by-step interactive instructions; adjustable straps allow the suit to fit a range of body sizes. Once built and worn, players control an in-game robot by physically moving their hands and feet to navigate environments, perform moves, and trigger sound effects. Gameplay involves wrecking in-game environments and completing challenges to earn points, raise the robot's rank, and unlock new abilities. A two-player battle mode lets two suit-equipped players compete on a single screen. The package also includes a Toy-Con Garage mode for experimenting with the kit's Nintendo Switch technology and creating custom interactive projects, and the suit itself can be personalized with markers, stickers, and the in-game Hanger customization tool.
