Over G Fighters is a jet combat flight simulator developed by Taito and released in 2006 exclusively for Xbox 360. Set against a scenario in which a terrorist organization destabilizes global security, players fly for a unified world air force across battlegrounds spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. The roster includes more than 30 aircraft drawn from Western and former Soviet arsenals — among them the F-22A Raptor, F-15E Strike Eagle, F-16C Fighting Falcon, F/A-18C Hornet, Su-27 Flanker, MiG-29A Fulcrum, and F-117A Nighthawk. The campaign comprises over 80 missions structured around primary objectives supported by interlocking sub-missions, encompassing both aerial dogfights and strike operations against heavily defended ground targets. Cockpits feature 360-degree views with detailed instrumentation and 5.1-channel audio. A flight data recorder allows replaying past sorties, and Xbox Live support enables online multiplayer for up to eight players in competitive or cooperative modes.
