Pacific Storm is a real-time strategy and simulation hybrid developed by Lesta Studio and released in 2005 for PC. Set in the Pacific theater of World War II, it covers the major naval and air engagements of the conflict, beginning with the attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Players choose to command either the United States or Japan across these historically grounded campaigns. Gameplay combines traditional RTS mechanics — resource gathering of materials such as iron ore, bauxite, and oil, alongside technology research and unit development — with direct, player-controlled combat. The action can be viewed from either a strategic map or a tactical battleground perspective. The unit roster emphasizes naval and air forces, including battleships, aircraft carriers, bombers, and fighters drawn from both fleets. A multiplayer LAN mode supports both action-oriented and tactically focused play.
