Developed by Zeboyd Games and released in 2013 for PC, Mac, and Xbox 360, this RPG serves as the concluding chapter in the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness series. The story follows Tycho Brahe and his partner Jonathan Gabriel as they navigate the Underhell, a grotesque afterlife realm that persists following the destruction of the world. Combat centers on assembling a fighting party by recruiting an assortment of strange monsters — including a sentient vending machine, an evil ice cream cone, and various other oddities — then pairing them with appropriate trainers. The game features no random encounters, rechargeable MP and items, and interrupt abilities that allow players to disrupt enemy actions mid-battle. Compared to its predecessor, it offers more than twice the number of area maps. The humorous script was co-written by Penny Arcade and Zeboyd Games, with music composed by Hyperduck Soundworks.
