Pinball M is a horror-themed pinball simulator developed by Zen Studios, released in 2023 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. The game operates as a platform built around mature, horror-inspired tables, offering Zen Studios' high-fidelity pinball simulation within a darker aesthetic. A free base table, Wrath of the Elder Gods: Director's Cut, provides an introduction to the eldritch horror theme without restrictions. Additional tables are available as purchasable DLC, each built around a distinct horror property: Chucky's Killer Pinball draws from the killer doll franchise, Dead by Daylight Pinball adapts the asymmetric horror game, The Thing Pinball is set in the arctic environment of U.S. Outpost #31, and Duke Nukem's Big Shot Pinball offers an action-heavy, irreverent table. Competitive play is also supported, and further tables are planned for future release.
