Pixel Ripped 1995 is a VR adventure game developed by ARVORE Immersive Experiences and released in 2020, available across SteamVR, Oculus VR, Oculus Quest, Meta Quest 2, PlayStation VR, and PlayStation VR2. A follow-up entry in the Pixel Ripped franchise, it centers on a game-within-a-game concept in which the player assists a character named Dot in her battle against the Cyblin Lord to protect the fictional game world of Far-of-a-Land. The action unfolds across two simultaneous layers: a fully realized virtual reality depiction of the real world set in the mid-1990s, and a series of playable 16-bit and 32-bit arcade-style games that draw on the era's console classics. Navigating between both layers is central to the gameplay. The title features a story-driven campaign with multiple characters, plot twists, and humor, set against period-appropriate visuals and a matching soundtrack. Subtitles and interface text are available in eight languages.
