Prison Break: The Conspiracy is a stealth-action adventure developed by ZootFly and released in 2010 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Players take on the role of Tom Paxton, a Company operative assigned to infiltrate Fox River State Penitentiary and keep tabs on Michael Scofield's plan to free his wrongly convicted brother, Lincoln Burrows. The narrative runs alongside the events of the television series' first season, offering a parallel perspective on familiar storylines. Gameplay centers on moving through the prison environment undetected, completing surveillance and infiltration objectives while avoiding guards and hostile inmates. Direct confrontations can be resolved through hand-to-hand combat. Outside of missions, Paxton can engage in various prison activities — including weightlifting, getting tattoos, and taking part in organized fights — which yield in-game rewards and help establish his cover within the facility.
