Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action is a movie trivia game developed by Screenlife, released in 2007 for Xbox 360 as the first console entry in the Scene It? DVD board game series. The package includes four custom wireless controllers with large colored buttons, allowing up to four players to buzz in answers to multiple-choice questions across a pool of more than 1,800 movie-themed prompts. Two modes are available: Play Now and Party Play. Question categories vary considerably in format — players may identify a film from a child's drawing, fill in missing dialogue, unscramble an actor's image, recognize a scene from which figures have been digitally removed, or answer questions based on a short video clip. The game tracks previously asked questions automatically to reduce repetition across sessions.
