Sonic Free Riders

Sonic Free Riders is a racing game developed by Sonic Team and released in 2010 exclusively for the Xbox 360 as a Kinect title. Players control characters from the Sonic franchise while competing in high-speed extreme gear races, using full-body motion controls to steer, crouch, and jump rather than a traditional controller. The game features a variety of rideable vehicles beyond the series' signature hoverboards, including bikes, jet skis, and a mine cart. Races incorporate combat mechanics, allowing players to deploy weapons against opponents during competition. As a Kinect-exclusive release, physical movement is central to gameplay — body positioning and gestures translate directly into in-game actions, making it one of the more physically demanding entries in the Sonic racing series.
