A 2023 expansion for Stranded: Alien Dawn, available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, that extends the base game's survival strategy experience with a new narrative scenario. Players take refuge in the Outer Worlds alongside Hope, a sentient android who has been liberated and is working toward full sentience. The expansion introduces a conflict with a powerful manufacturing consortium determined to eliminate Hope before she fully awakens. Blending the simulator and strategy foundations of the original game with this new storyline, Robots and Guardians tasks players with establishing a defensible position and protecting Hope from the organized forces pursuing her.
