Developed by High Voltage Software and released in 2003 for Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, and PlayStation 2, The Haunted Mansion is an action-adventure game based on the classic Disneyland attraction. Players control Zeke, a young man thrust into the legendary ghost-filled estate with a singular and daunting mission: put 999 malevolent spirits to rest before falling victim to the mansion himself and becoming the thousandth soul claimed by it. The game draws directly from the atmosphere of the iconic ride, rendering the sprawling, supernatural residence as its central setting. Gameplay revolves around confronting and subduing the vast population of restless entities inhabiting the house, with Zeke's own fate hanging in the balance throughout.
