Tornado is a simulator released in 2008 by SKonec Entertainment for the Nintendo DS, in which players take on the role of Toki and the Cosmic Cleaners, a group tasked with recovering Earth's stolen buildings, vehicles, people, and objects. The theft was carried out by a villainous Prince using a device called the Black Hole Machine, which transported everything to Planet 69. Players travel across that alien world operating Tornado Machines — powerful devices capable of uprooting and collecting objects from the environment. Controls make use of both the stylus and the DS microphone, and progression involves leveling up these machines to increase their destructive reach. The core loop centers on sweeping up as much as possible across each area in order to return the stolen contents to Earth.
