Touch the Dead is a rail shooter and survival horror game for the Nintendo DS, developed by Dream On Studio and published by Eidos Interactive in 2007. Players use the DS stylus on the touch screen to aim at oncoming zombies, targeting specific body parts including the head, arms, legs, and stomach. Reloading is handled through a drag gesture on the touch screen, while weapon switching is assigned to the D-pad and face buttons, accommodating both right- and left-handed players. Health and ammunition are replenished by shooting destructible crates and cabinets scattered throughout levels. At certain points, players can shoot switches to open doors or select a branching path, though both routes offer equivalent rewards. The game was released in Europe under the alternate title Dead 'n' Furious, and its box art was illustrated by Arthur Suydam, known for his work on Marvel Zombies.
