Up is a 2009 platform-adventure game developed by Heavy Iron Studios, released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii. Based on the Pixar film of the same name, it follows Carl, Russell, the talking dog Dug, and a bird named Kevin as they travel through the jungles of South America. The central objective is to prevent the villain Muntz from capturing Kevin, which requires the group to navigate dangerous terrain, fend off exotic animals, and avoid capture. Each of the four characters brings distinct abilities to the journey, and Russell's wilderness expertise plays a supporting role in helping the group progress.
