Viper Racing is a 1998 PC racing simulator developed by Monster Games, notable for being the first simulation built entirely around the Dodge Viper. The game offers two distinct driving styles: an accessible arcade mode and a more demanding simulation mode with three difficulty levels. A career mode allows players to accumulate earnings, upgrade their vehicle, and advance through three tiers of the Viper racing league. The package includes multiple tracks, a post-race replay system, and a garage mode for fine-tuning car setup. The physics engine was considered technically sophisticated for its time, and the hard-difficulty AI is capable of aggressive, contact-heavy racing behavior.
