Whip! Whip! is an indie arcade action game developed by Alpha Unit, released in 2018 for PC (Windows), Mac, and Nintendo Switch, requiring a controller to play. Players control Tira, a dessert hunter exploring ancient ruins in search of a legendary recipe thought to be lost to history. During her quest, Tira encounters golems — mechanical constructs buried within the ruins — including one shaped like a mitten that sets her on the path toward the fabled dessert. The game features 100 stages and ten boss encounters presented in an 8-bit visual style, with music composed by COSIO of ZUNTATA. A two-player co-op mode allows a second player to join at any point during a solo run; downed partners can be revived, and completing the game cooperatively unlocks a true ending. Additional replay value comes through score attack and time attack challenge modes.
