World War II: Frontline Command is a real-time strategy game developed by The Bitmap Brothers, released in 2003 for PC. Set during the Second World War, it places players in command of Allied forces in Europe, beginning with operations ahead of D-Day and continuing through efforts to roll back Axis control across key strategic locations. Combat makes use of historically grounded infantry units, vehicles, and weaponry. The game features 25 single-player missions, while multiplayer supports up to four players via LAN or internet connection. A notable mechanic is the morale system, which affects how soldiers perform in battle — maintaining high morale increases the likelihood of troops carrying out heroic actions. Players are expected to develop their own tactical approaches rather than rely on a fixed strategy.
