Zenge is a puzzle game developed by Hamster On Coke Games — specifically Michal "Hamster" Pawlowski and Konrad Januszewski — released in 2016 for PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, and Nintendo Switch. It follows Eon, a solitary traveler stranded between different worlds and points in time. The gameplay is built around a deliberately stripped-back design philosophy: there are no points, stars, move counters, tutorials, or in-game shops. The absence of these common mechanics is intentional, positioning the experience as a calm, uninterrupted journey rather than a performance-based challenge. Progression is framed through visual art and an accompanying soundtrack, both of which carry the narrative forward in place of conventional storytelling methods. The overall tone is meditative, prioritizing atmosphere and immersion over competition or reward systems.
