Zombi is a first-person icon-driven action-adventure game developed and published by Ubi Soft Entertainment in 1986, released across multiple home platforms including the Amiga, Atari ST, DOS, ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and Commodore 64. It holds the distinction of being Ubisoft's debut publication. The game follows four protagonists — named after the game's actual creators — as they navigate a shopping mall overrun by the undead. Players manage the survival of all four characters, and any character whose health runs out does not simply die; instead, they reanimate as a zombie and continue to haunt the room where they fell. Enemies can be dispatched through repeated body shots or eliminated more efficiently with a single headshot, a mechanic that adds a tactical dimension to combat within the claustrophobic mall setting.
