Conduit 2 is a first-person shooter developed by High Voltage Software and released in 2011 exclusively for the Wii. Building on its predecessor, the single-player campaign introduces several expanded mechanics, including the ability to overturn environmental objects like tables, bookshelves, and soda machines for cover. Enemy armor and helmets can be shot off to reveal weak points, adding a tactical layer to combat. A sprint option allows players to close distance or retreat quickly, while certain levels feature rideable vehicles from which weapons can be fired. Before each level, players select their weapon loadouts and customize character appearance and ability upgrades. Additional refinements include iron sights aiming and timer-based grenade detonation. The game also features multiplayer modes alongside its single-player content, offering Wii owners a more feature-complete shooter experience than the original entry in the series.
