Crazy Taxi 3: High Roller is an arcade-style racing game developed by Hitmaker, released in 2002 for arcades, Xbox, and PC. The third entry in the Crazy Taxi series, it moves the action to a heightened, exaggerated take on Las Vegas. As in previous installments, the core objective is to earn as much fare money as possible by picking up passengers and delivering them to their destinations as quickly as possible. Speed is essential, and the routes players take often involve improvised shortcuts that result in crashes and environmental destruction, including knocking down buildings. The game maintains the frantic, high-pressure pacing the series is known for, demanding both fast reflexes and an aggressive approach to navigation. The Las Vegas setting gives the familiar formula a new backdrop suited to the series' over-the-top sensibility.
